How We Do It
At Saige Collective - we ship worldwide within ten - 12 business days of purchase. We handle and pack your order with extreme care and use the best in packing material - We use Canada post, and have the option of courier upgrades for Our Wholesale and Stockists.
Please remember when choosing domestic untracked shipping - we cannot guarantee delivery time. Some orders can take days, weeks and some have taken over a month within Canada. We will not refund orders for delay in shipping. We will resend replacements if order does not arrive within 6 weeks of order date. Please consider this when purchasing internationally. We have no control over parcels that go through customs and declarations (this process can take days, or weeks)

Are your Earrings Safe For Sensitive Ears
The straight answer is YES. Saige was created because I had a hard time finding super trendy accessories that were safe for my skin. I made a product that I can wear all day long, while still maintaining comfort.
Is clay heavy, will it break ?
Clay is not heavy, it gives the illusion that it is, but its extremely light weight. Clay if baked correctly is actually quite Malleable and durable. You still need to be gentle with it and treat with care.
What is your return policy?
We do not have a return policy. If product is broken in transport or shortly after receiving we will replace. Please just contact us directly via email. This is a friendly reminder to please be gentle with your clay accessories.
